yumm….

I’ve been traveling so much lately, I was so excited to have a Friday night IN to cook dinner + drink wine with the husband.  I made these Baked Chicken Meatballs with Peperonata that I’ve been eyeing ever since my August issue of Gourmet magazine arrived…

They were delicious, easy and something that I’ll definitely be making at a dinner party soon.  With one minor change to the glaze – a little less olive oil and a little more tomato paste.

I am sad to report that I am going to have to forego my January dinner party – not a great way to start the resolutions off!  But we are in the middle of very dusty remodel.  And no matter how many times I mop, dust, clean – I can’t seem to win.  I promise to get back on track as soon our house is put back together!
